Day 01             Dehradun – Mussoorie  (60 kms )

Arrive Dehradun airport.  

Leave on tour of Dehradun to visit  - the Budha Temple, Robers Cave, and Sahastradhara waterfall.

Later leave by road for Mussoorie.  

Mussoorie - situated at an altitude of 2000 meters. Mussoorie is sprawled over a horseshoe shaped ridge and offers some breathtaking views of the snow clad Himalayan peaks of the western Garhwal as well as the Doon valley.

On reaching Mussoorie, transfer to hotel.

Evening you can scroll along the Mall Road.

Day 2:              Mussoorie
Today after breakfast leave on tour to visit the Kempty falls, Sukhradevi temple, Camelback road, Hathi Paon, Gun Hill for breath-taking views of the Himalayas.  Here you may enjoy a cable car ride.

Day 3:              Mussoorie - Ranikhet (109 kms / 2-3 hrs)

Today you will be transferred by road to Ranikhet 'The Queens Field' (109 kms / 2-3 hrs) the rest of the day is at leisure to explore this tiny scenic hill town.

Day 4:              Ranikhet – Almora  (50 kms – 1 ½ hrs)

After breakfast, check out from hotel, and drive to Almora.

Almora : At an height of 1,651 meters above sea level is a scenic hill station in the northern state of Uttarakhand. A quaint town in Kumaon Hills.  Almora is a town of temples, with temple of Goddess Nanda Devi placed in the centre of the town.  Koshi (Kaushaki) and Suyal (Salmali) rivers flows by the side of this town.

Arrive at Almora and transfer to hotel.  Check in to hotel.

After some rest, leave on tour to visit Chitai Temple, Bright End Corner and Kasar Devi temple.

Later explore the beautiful Katarmal Sun Temple. It is the second important sun temple in the country after the Konark Sun Temple in Orissa.   This 800-year-old temple complex though amidst ruins, it still stands as a major point of attraction in the region and many devotees visit here to offer prayer to the Sun God.

Evening return to hotel.

Day 5:              Almora – excursion to Binsar  (30 kms – 1 ½ hrs)

After breakfast at hotel,  leave on excursion to Binsar.

Binasr - Perched high up in the Kumaon Himalayas, Binsar offers breathtaking views of the snowy mountain ranges of Panchchuli, Shivling, Chaukhamba, Trishul and Nanda Devi.   Visit the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary.

On return to Almora ,   go on shopping at the Lal Bazaar.

Day 6:              Almora - Nainital (70 kms / 2 hrs) 

Breakfast at hotel.

Later leave by road for Nainital (6500+ ft asl) - the lake district of India in Kumaon region of Uttarakhand.

On reaching Nainital, transfer to hotel.

Later we leave on tour to visit Naina Devi temple, Hanuman Garhi temple, High Altitude Zoo. Evening, enjoy boat ride at Naini Lake and / OR take a cable car ride to visit snow view point.

Day 7:              Nainital - lake tour

Today after breakfast, leave on excursion visiting the lakes. Visit Naldamyanti Lake, Eagle Lake, Hanuman Lake, Ram Lake, Sita Lake, Laxman Lake, Bharat Lake, Bheem Tal, Nachiketa Tal.

Overnight at hotel in Nainital.

Day 8:              Nainital - Delhi (318 kms / 6-7 hrs).

Today you will be transferred back to Delhi by road (318 kms / 6-7 hrs).
